At Health and Nutra, many orders are fulfilled through trusted warehouse and dropshipping partners. Our current shipping structure follows the rate tiers below for eligible U.S. orders.
Orders may ship from partner fulfillment centers in Pennsylvania, California, and Illinois, which helps reach much of the contiguous United States quickly.

Frozen and Refrigerated Orders
Frozen and refrigerated shipments are subject to an additional $8.00 surcharge per box. For these shipments, a box is defined as 2.3 cubic feet.
