It starts with our own curry paste and is mixed with coconut milk and fresh basil to make a sauce ready to use right out of the jar. Our recipes are a mix of bold and fiery yai’s (thai for “Grandma”) with fresh flavors and a bit of american soul to make every dish a bit more exciting because, for us, that is what eating and life is really all about.
