These preserved lemons are made with Beldi Lemons, which are grown in Taroudant, Southern Morocco, and are known for their mild sweetness and fragrant aroma. They are prepared using traditional methods, with no additives, preservatives, or added sugars. These lemons are kosher, non-GMO, BPA-free, vegan, and free of nuts and soy. Casablanca Market Preserved Lemons can be used in a variety of dishes, including tagines, stews, braises, sauces, vegetables, salads, pastas, sandwiches, meats, poultry, seafood, and cocktails. After scraping out the pulp and rinsing the lemon, the pulp can also be used in seafood, soups, and salad dressings.
