Mother-in-law’s gochujang fermented chile paste is our signature paste concentrate and is made using time honored traditional methods. The unique, thick consistency and medium heat level is the base for all of our flavored gochujang sauces. We use ingredients that are vegan friendly and free of corn starch. The unique fermentation process (think miso meets chile) creates an unpar spicy umami flavor. Our gochujang has no msg or any gmos. Add this secret ingredient to your cooking for a lingering that makes everything delicious.
